Return & Exchange Policy

At C-Foil, we stand behind the quality of our electric foil boards and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help resolve your concerns.



Returns


  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required for all return requests.



Exchanges


  • Exchanges for a different model or variant are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
  • Exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.



Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or assembled electric foil boards
  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Spare parts and consumables (e.g., propellers, batteries, seals)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications



Return Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. C-Foil is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.



Refunds


  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).



How to Initiate a Return


  1. Email our support team at info@hellofoil.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with detailed return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
